These products can be tasted during the great wine tours and delicious cooking courses of the Fattoria. The more reason to book a stay at Corsignano, because all guests will be offered a tasting.
The wine tour includes a visit to the winery of the Fattoria, guided by a proper wine expert. Walking through the Limonaia's antique glass cases, on the terrace overlooking Siena and among oak barrels in the wine cellars, the expert will introduce you to each wine and will offer you to combine them with typical Tuscan products.
L'arte di "far di cucina" cooking class
Nearly 6 hours time including the meal.
Minimum 6 people.
The courses are either held in the morning, followed by lunch, or in the afternoon, followed by dinner.
After two steps in the garden, picking up seasonal fruits and fresh herbs, try your hands for preparing spinach gnocchi, vegetable quiche and a luscious dessert of country nut cake or cantucci (almond cookies).
During the cooking class are prepared and then served:
1 appetizer served with white wine
1 hors-d'oeuvres served with IGT Tuscan red wine
1 fresh pasta served with Chianti Classico red wine
1 second dish served with Riserva red wine
1 dessert served with Grappa and Vin Santo
Your creation will be a three-course lunch served with wines in the farm.
After your meal, you will enjoy a wine and olive oil tasting with explanation and a visit to the wine cellar.
On request the Fattoria organizes the same course with vegetarian dishes.
Booking request for wine tours and cooking courses
Wine tours can be booked by individuals and groups, by using the booking form underneath. This form can also be used to ask for the availability of a cooking course, for groups of 6 or more people.

will contact you as soon as possible and will inform you about the prices.
