Products, courses and tastings
The chefs Sergio and Stefano teach traditional Tuscan Recipes. The courses are informal and thaught in the restaurant which is situated in the oldest part of the villa in the ambience of a typical Tuscan wine cellar with arched brick ceilings and stone walls, where wine was once fermented in large chestnut barrels.
The cooking lessons are about the traditional Tuscan "Cucina Povera" (country cooking). For 20 years the chefs owned a very successful restaurant in the florentine countryside that was popular with Florentine people and Italian celebraties, because they cooked typical tuscan food like ribollita, tortelli, panzanella, etc.
At Villa Fabbroni they also produce fine extra virgin olive oil, which is used in all the cooking.
